Making of picea abies

Picea abies

First i collect in forest sphagnum. Then i do an appropriate size of branches and but them drying between the book.  But only  for three - six hours..so as not to become too straight.

I clean wooden stick and grinding it

Then i paint it lifecolor wood set.

I use wood clue attach the mosses

Then i use airbrush  to painting picea abies . or if  it same to spray it if don't have airbrush.

I hope at you like it and get some tips yours own works.

  2. It looks very nice and it seems to be not so complicated to build. I will try in a future project. Another advantage : it's free and we can use several types of mosses to change the aspect.
Thanks so much for this tutorial.

  5. Hi Marko, very convincing and realistic tree you have there! Thank you for the tutorial. I went searching for this kind of moss in the nearby forrest but couldn't find anything that would look similar. If I may ask, in what kind of forrest did you find it and what was its location? (For example on tree or on floor etc)

    Thank you and best regards,
    Ziga
